Top 5 RPG Games of All Time!

1. Final Fantasy VII

My favourite game of all time (yes over hyped these days with all the spin-offs) but I can not fault it. I love everything about it, I actually like the old chunky block graphics! I used to want a remake of this in HD but now I think no, leave it alone, it’s a masterpiece already. As much as I would love to see it re-made I fear with the way Square are at the moment they may ruin it!

I am not saying I would not jump with excitement if they did remake it but I don’t want them to ruin it, I do still play this game (I can’t seem to stop) and I do go through the game imagining it in the graphics of Advent Children now which is why a remake would be good if they didn’t change any of the story or combat! I actually think it would be great if they did add a little something to the remake, and that’s the arena/side missions. I think if they added more to do there it would not ruin the game at all, just giving us something extra to do after the main story has being done (now I know there is a lot already but imagine being able to do more with the arena, imagine being able to go online with that and fight real people!). Anyways not going to say anymore about this game as I could literally type away for hours!

2. Xenogears

Quality Education Vs Accreditation

Education:

“The act or process of educating or being educated; the knowledge or skill obtained or developed by a learning process!”

Inquiries into furthering my educational aspirations were made to various colleges within my immediate environmental area. Several of the schools contacted required placement exams that I did not challenge, as I am adept and very capable of dealing with college examinations. The thing that got to me was the disparaging remarks from some college recruiters regarding their standards for education as opposed to another college. One of the schools that I’ve attended is a two-year degree school while the other is as well. They hold real estate in the same zip code and competed for students in the same local. They both educated local students as well as out of state and students from other countries and nations.

One school considered itself superior to the other by reason of accreditation. The school that was described as inferior did not have middle states accreditation. The school was described as below standard by the other. The so-called superior school is lead and operated by a non-HBCU affiliation while the other happened to be lead and operated by an African American staff. The self-described superior school has made plans, designs, and did bid for the take-over of the African American school. Albeit, the self-described superior school admits that it does not and will not accept credentials from the so-called inferior school. I have attended both of these institutions and received very good instruction from its teachers as well. While the lessons learned were an invaluable source of information, the education that I received from personal academic research (self-taught) has enhanced my knowledge base. Money was not a factor in my personal research, study, and/or practicum. I would add, the knowledge and information that was derived from the HBCU School proved to be equally rewarding as the other if not better!

How to Write Your Own Personal Ad

Writing a personal ad is like writing a love letter, a poem dedicated to your future life partner. You’re essentially writing an ad seeking someone who could and would live the rest of their life loving you, for better or for worse. While there are no real SECRETS to writing a good personal ad, there are good personal ads, there are bad personal ads and then there are the SMASHING ones! It’s a guess that you want to write a smashing personal ad that brings you people who are looking for you. you don’t want any Tom, Dick and Harry or Mary, Jane and Barbie. When writing your personal ad, your focus should be on finding someone who suits you and likes you for what you are. So, the number one rule about writing your own personal ad is to be as positive and honest as possible.

Remember, words mean very little in a personal ad. The most important thing about writing your own personal ad is that you should try, in every single way possible, to prove and show that you have whatever it is that you say you have. For instance, if you say you are a positive person with a healthy sense of humor, show it, write it that way. Don’t just say it because people reading your personal ad will try to read between the lines.

If you are a writer and is adept in writing poems, use it creatively. The conventional personal ad is boring and after reading through about 30, the person reading the personal ad is probably numb with the flood of self-praise there. Instead, write your own personal ad in a creative way…like in a form of a joke, letter or poem. Your personal ad will surely stand out among the few hundred other personal ads there are splashed across the pages.

How to Choose a Great Financial Planner

Most people can benefit from the input of a financial planner into their financial affairs. However, the kind of planner you choose may depend on what your goals and needs are. Since you need finances to do almost everything in life you may see getting help from a financial planner as very important. Your age will also have some bearing on the kind of advice that you need.

Seniors may only need advice on how to manage their retirement funds to the best advantage, while those much younger will need advice on how to save for their retirement while still achieving other goals in their lives. It is helpful to think about short, medium and long term goals that you may have before you see a financial planner. You will then have more idea of what to tell them and it will take less time than if you had never thought about it at all.

Some people never give much consideration to their future and what they would like to achieve until they get older and by then they have wasted a good deal of their life and their income. If you fail to plan, then you will fail in a good many areas of life. But if you take the time and trouble to plan your life financially you will have the reward of achieving your goals and moving towards financial freedom. Even if you think you will never achieve certain financial goals, you will be surprised at just what is possible when you have professional advice at your fingertips.

Washing Your Car Without Water

In these times of drought and strict regulations in using water for washing your car, it has become harder and harder for people to be able to keep their vehicles clean using a traditional hose and bucket technique. For gear heads, this can be a hard thing to deal with, since we hate seeing our cars all filthy and covered in grime.

Fortunately, car care companies already have developed a product to address this issue – a waterless car wash. They claim that you can wash your entire vehicle safely without scratching the paint and more importantly not using a single drop of water.

Can we do this safely without scratching the paint?

For this to work, you will need a lot of microfiber towels, depending on the size of your vehicle maybe around 5 to 10 towels, more if your vehicle is really dirty.

Have two towels in handy at all times, one to take out the dirt and the other to dry out excess waterless mixture. Start with the roof, spray a liberal amount of waterless wash solution on the surface and let it sit for a little bit to loosen up the dirt. With your first microfiber towel, gently wipe off the saturated part in a straight line. Do not go back and forth, you’ll just spread out the dirt. take your second microfiber towel then wipe off excess cleaner or dirt.

Do this process one section at a time until you finish. Don’t forget to clean the wheels too, spray the waterless cleaner on the wheels then wipe with a separate towel.

This will really work well to remove light dirt and grime on the car. I’m not so keen on using this on a very dirty car as you risk scratching the paint, although manufacturers claim otherwise. Using an optimum no rinse wash would be a better option for this.
